"Creating Great Hospitality Experiences for LGBTQ Guests:
Five Things You Can Do Now"

In a world where attitudes about gender identity and sexuality are changing every day, LGBTQ visitors are coming to Louisville with new identities and expectations for what great hospitality looks like. Sometimes small shifts can send a powerful message of inclusion, especially for transgender and non-binary guests. In this interactive conversation, we will focus on five tangible things you can do to demonstrate you’re an LGBTQ ally from the minute someone walks in the door, and will include some practical steps that you can implement immediately.
